Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.

• Refunds are processed only for courses canceled by the university.

• Processing time: 10-15 business days.

• No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.

Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel their enrollment before the course starts.

• A processing fee may apply to cancellations.

No Refund Cases

• If a user violates our terms and conditions.

• If cancellation is requested after the course has begun.
